Daniel was punctual and professional and did very clean work. Although removing the old pre-finished surface from the flooring was very difficult, he stuck with it and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done on their timber flooring.

Modern Timber Floor sanded & stained the boards in our house. Daniel was able to start the job within days of providing the quote. He offered his recommendation as to what stain would look best & was willing to provide samples of various colours on the boards prior to our decision. I'd use him again.
